Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. Your order can be returned for a full refund after it is received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders may take between 1-2 weeks to arrive.
What if I don't receive my order?
If you don't receive your order within 10 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
Orders are shipped from the United States. If you're ordering internationally, your country may charge customs duties, VAT, or import taxes when your package arrives. These fees are not included in your purchase and are the responsibility of the customer.
Every country has different rules, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for specific details. Unfortunately, we can’t cover or refund these charges.
That said, we ship quickly and clearly label all packages to help avoid unnecessary delays or issues with customs.
How do I return an item?
Just email us at info@airdeem.com with your order number and reason for the return. That’s it.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is clean, undamaged, and in its original condition. Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
You cover return shipping—but if there’s any issue with the product itself, we’ll make it right. No hoops. No hassle.
What if my item is defective, incorrect, or damaged?
We’re so sorry if your order isn’t right. Mistakes happen, and we’ll fix it fast.
Just email info@airdeem.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Whether it’s the wrong item, something missing, or damage during shipping—we’ll make it right without delay.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return or cancellation, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If you paid by credit or debit card, your bank might take a little extra time to post the money to your account. If it’s been more than 10 business days and you still don’t see the refund, it’s best to check with your bank or card provider directly—they can usually tell you when to expect it.
