Why does the ink fade?
For two reasons:
1. Fading ink keeps kids engaged and having fun while practicing their pen skills. This makes it easy to be consistent because they will want to practice — because to them it isn't practice — It's drawing with a magic pen!
2. The fading ink is very practical. We saw the current solutions for handwriting — They were all endless wiping, erasing, or printing. So we thought "Hmm... what if the ink disappeared?" So there basically no effort involved. Just open the book — trace — and you're done!

How long should my kid use these books?
We recommend 2-4 week. After that— you may notice your kids handwriting has fully developed and they will no longer need to practice everyday!
At this stage we recommend using them at your leisure to keep penmanship skills sharp!
